Xpedeon's E-Transact capabilities offer you a robust E-business gateway to manage the vendor/subcontractor enquiry process. It supports listing of contractual requirements and electronic distribution of documents. Vendors and subcontractors can use the system to check enquiries and submit quotes online. This data is automatically made available to estimators for adjudication.
Xpedeon's E-Transact capabilities cut down on the quantum of paper work and drastically reduce manual co-ordination. It also improves the accuracy and reduces response time while bidding for contracts.
Online Registration
Vendors and Subcontractors can register themselves and enter their information online on your e-business portal site. Once you confirm and accept these entities, they will receive a confirmation mail and subsequently receive enquiry alerts.
Enquiry Alerts
Xpedeon provides for two types of Enquiries:
a) Restricted Publication
In this type of enquiry, the estimator selects vendors / subcontractors who will be invited to tender for the enquiry. The selected entities receive an enquiry alert, which can be accessed online.
b) General Publication
In this type of enquiry, the estimator enters the selection criteria into the system. Xpedeon automatically identifies all vendors / subcontractors who match the requirements. These entities receive an enquiry alert which can be accessed online.
