Xpedeon allows defining of steps that need to be fulfilled by vendors/ subcontractors for each enquiry. You can also enter contractual, insurance & financial requirements. Additionally, you may link multiple documents to the enquiry. For e.g. Bill extracts, Drawings, etc. These will be made available for download to the eligible vendors / subcontractors.
The subcontract package (BoQ items) or materials for which quotations are to be entered are displayed.
Entering Quotations Online
Xpedeon's easy to use, intuitive interface helps vendors and subcontractors to post their quotes on your e business website.
These confirmed quotes will be available for adjudication in the bidding process.
Xpedeon also offer you an e-enquiry tracking capability with alerts based on vendor/subcontractor responses.
