Xpedeon provides a comprehensive facility which streamlines the task of floating enquiries, receiving quotations, adjudication and including them in a bid.
Manual or Auto-created Subcontract Packages
Xpedeon allows you to manually select BoQ items to be included in an enquiry subcontract package. You may also instruct the system to auto-create the package based on the Trade of the item.
Material Enquiries
Xpedeon provides a list of all material resources used in the bid.
You can select and link materials from this list to an enquiry package.
This capability is particularly useful when you have different suppliers who provide different classes of materials.
Integrated Faxing and E-mailing
The communication capabilities of Xpedeon allow you to fax or e-mail enquiries at the click of a button, in conjunction with the E-business component.
Quotation Tracking
Quotations received can be entered and maintained in Xpedeon. This feature eliminates the risk of losing quotations and facilitates immediate retrieval.
Adjudication and Price Comparison
Xpedeon provides proper tabulation of quotes received, discounts offered and Fixed Price requirements, thus helping you in adjudication and selection of the subcontractor / vendor for the bid. It makes the process easy and transparent, and facilitates the proper selection of vendors/subcontracts for any material or subcontract package.
