Xpedeon reduces data entry by providing features such as BoQ Import. Centralized databases for resources ensure that all estimators follow standard nomenclature. Xpedeon also provides support for job-specific "rogue" or "custom" resources. Repetitive work is eliminated by using powerful Copy and Paste facilities within and across bids and from standard templates.
Teams can work seamlessly on a single bid by using the Check Out feature. Using this facility, estimators can also 'carry-along' the bid on their notebooks for meetings and negotiations.
