Comprehensive Security
By the very nature of the function, estimating departments need comprehensive security mechanisms to ensure confidentiality of data.
The Xpedeon Security system allows you to specify the users who can work on a bid. Further, functions can be linked to individuals, thus ensuring that only authorized users have access to data. An encrypted password is employed to add additional security.
Customizable Screens (User Preferences)
Xpedeon offers you customizable screen layouts wherein columns can be turned off when not required. You can also customize the decimal places for display of rates, quantities and amounts.
Multiple Active Windows
In Xpedeon, an estimate consists of various windows such as Bills, BoQs, Item Buildup, Enquiry Packages, etc. You can arrange these windows to work on all of them simultaneously, while pricing bids. This greatly improves the efficiency of operations by eliminating the need to endlessly switch between screens and pop up windows.
