Estimating Organization
Xpedeon provides flexible set-up criteria to structure your estimating organization by locations, divisions, types of work etc. This set-up ensures security for division and eliminates chances of wrong resources allocation.
The Business Intelligence system provides comprehensive reporting of information based on the estimating organization structure.
Graphical Work Planning
In Xpedeon, milestones can be configured and tracked as required. Using this data, users' estimating diaries are made available in a quick and easy graphical interpretation. Thus you can view, track and analyze user workload while allocating new estimating work.
The Work Plan for the entire department can also be viewed.
Status Tracking
Xpedeon tracks the status of every bid - In Progress, Adjudicated, Submitted, Won, Lost, Dropped or Suspended. The Business Intelligence system generates various reports based on the status of the bids. For e.g. Loss Analysis, Bids In Progress, Turnover Projection, etc.
