Team Estimating
Xpedeon's team estimating capabilities permit collaborative estimation amongst several estimators working on a single bid.
Full Checkout
Users working on a bid, may check-out an entire bid for estimating. The system would then ensure that other users can access the bid in a read-only mode.
Part Checkout
Xpedeon supports multiple estimators working together on different aspects of the bid and enables consolidation of all the information for adjudication and submission.
For this, users may check out only a portion of a bid to work on. Part checkouts operate at a Bill level, and users can check out one or more bills. Xpedeon permits other users to work on other Bills using this feature.
Offline and Mobile Estimating
Xpedeon offers you a seamless transit from off line to online estimation. The software enables you to check bids out onto your notebooks and work offline. At a later time when connectivity to the central server is available, you can check in the data.
This feature is extremely useful when estimators or business development personnel need to discuss prices offsite. With Xpedeon, you can re-price while being completely offline and check in the bid when you return.
